Toasted Garlic. Not Burnt.

I finished studying one lecture for my final tomorrow and decided it was time for dinner break #2 of the night! Bruschetta always reminds me of Jess. And how she burned the garlic in back in SD. But I have to thank that hilarious episode for this tasty garlic infusion in the olive oil. I just keep a close eye on it while it's merrily crisping in the pan. 


 Voila!

Warning: Toasted baguettes are not for the faint of teeth.
